By placing an entry through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, your entry should be submitted by your parent or guardian.

On submission of your entry, you will receive an email from us confirming its receipt. We will confirm that your payment has been received..

If payment is not received or is reversed the entry will be cancelled. if you have problems paying for your entry please contact us: Email: bikeaway@cycleeveshamvale.org and we will do what we can to assist.

Liability

By entering you agree that you understand that this event is not a race but a fun ride. You are expected to follow the rules of the road and show consideration to other road users. You accept that you must consider yourself to be on a private excursion and the organisers will not be held responsible for any personal injury or accident caused to you or by you to a third party nor for any loss, damage or public liability

Refunds, Transfers and Replacements

If you wish to withdraw from the challenge and request a refund, you must notify us no later than seven (7) days after entering. Entries are not transferable to any other person or event. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the date we agree to, for your refund to be processed. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your entry.

Kit Order Terms & Conditions

Orders must be placed and paid for by the deadline given by CEV for the collation of orders. Once an order is confirmed, the customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order. Refunds and changes will be accepted up to the date of the deadline.

Bespoke garments are “made to order” based on customer confirmation of the order details. Refunds/Returns for bespoke orders will only be done whereby Scimitar Sports has failed to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions (i.e. design or colour) or the product is faulty. Notification of an order issue must be made within 72 hours of order receipt.

3D images used for Scimitar products are for representative purposes only. Apparel and items delivered may differ slightly from 3D images.

Scimitar products have finishes that are applied to the exterior of their Products. Due to the nature of the materials used, finishes may vary including materials. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the items is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. It is your responsibility to check that all the details on the order form are correct.

DELIVERY

If your order contains delivery outside of the mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands), this will incur additional costs. Prices given by CEV include Value Added Tax, package and carriage. Carriage paid goods will be delivered to the customer by the cheapest reasonable method and route unless otherwise requested. The customer shall bear all of the additional costs invoiced by CEV in respect of any other agreed method of delivery.

DISCOUNTS, PAYMENT TERMS AND OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

All orders will require 100% payment before dispatch for all customers.
